Guts Man! I wanted to make sure he didn't look like a military robot, but made for construction and other heavy industrial uses.
Possible influences: Bulkhead from TF Animated for the jaw, Warhammer 40k Dreadnought's for the stompy feet, and since he's the big guy of the set, I gave him a Thorium Reactor like in the Big Guy animated series
