Silver Lining - 3 character designs

Character designs for 's class! These 3 guys were designed to be seen and understood without any backstories, but I couldn't help but imagine their archetypes while working.

I'm imagining 2 factions, a quirky tech bunch vs a force of biotech vampires, who fly around a continent from city to city, trying to increase their political influence.

The tanned girl is some kind of prodigy with odd skills who forces paradigm shifts wherever she goes.
The tall guy (called "abs on stilts" by my classmates) is a capable but conflicted agent sent to directly oppose her.
His supervisor (the old lady with crab legs) shadows his movements to keep him in line. 

The biotech vampire faction is so arrogant that they try to never touch the ground. They see though their floating sensor equipment.
