I'll try several ways to finish this composition. Perhaps one that's just black and white inks, then a colored one, maybe also a fully painted one?

Looks cool man. There is certainly a lot of detail in this one, so it does take a moment to absorb.
I know its supposed to be cramped quarters and all, though the ground seems very flat. Like, the guy in the middle is coming up into the room (implying that outside the room, the floor is at least a foot lower than the entrance), but beyond that, the rooms floor only seems a few inches down from the entrance. For that big guy to get into his bunk, he would have to crawl on the floor. If the rooms floor was on the same level as the outside, he could at least sit on his bunk, then lay down into it. Know what I mean?
Other than that, you can easily see the expressions on all the characters faces so you can see who is and is not happy about being awake
